Through the precise setting of the WELDO piezoelectric valve, it can accurately control the tiny groove patterns of the keychain, filling the color evenly; the mechanical response movement is fast, the edge of the keychain is clean, and there will be no enamel accumulation or sanding issues. The nozzle of the piezoelectric valve sprays the enamel at a point 1-3mm above the keychain, without needle collisions, accidental scratches on the keychain pattern, which is 3-8 times faster than traditional contact-type enamel dispensing, does not require frequent height adjustments, and can process multiple product files simultaneously.
