How to Use our Visual Dispensing Machine？

I. Preparation

Clean the machine surface and check that the power supply and reset status are normal.
Confirm that all fasteners on each component are secure and that electrical components are installed correctly and undamaged.
Verify that the values in the data sheet meet the requirements and that there is sufficient processing material.
Set the computer IP address and machine registration code.
Ensure the power supply is 220V, and the pressure is stable at 0.8MPa (8kg).
Turn on the power on the right side of the machine and wait for automatic homing.

II. Startup Operation

Calibrate the template's horizontal height and save the calibration file.
Crop the template, perform a matching test, draw the dispensing path, adjust the parameters, and save the dispensing file.
Inject the adhesive material, tighten the needle, and check for leaks.
Place a waste bottle at the bottom, press "Valve Normally Open" to vent, and then test the "Valve Spray" size using a test plate.
Adjust the valve force and template parameters, test the dispensing volume, and make corrections.
Press "Left Start" to begin dispensing.
