Using Ink to produce products can make the colors of the products more vivid and rich. It can adhere to various materials, has a low production cost, is highly environmentally friendly, and can be used to manufacture many types of products.
Do you know how to produce ink dispensing products?
Specify the type of ink
1. UV-curable ink
This type of ink dries quickly, is energy-efficient, has high transparency, is environmentally friendly and safe, and has high adaptability. It is suitable for packaging printing, electronic labels, LOGO tags, decorative panels, etc.
2. Two-component epoxy ink for dispensing
This ink has high adhesion, good wear resistance, does not flow or spread during dispensing, and is suitable for precision dispensing electronic chips, panel buttons of home appliances, nameplates, internal circuit identification, various metal nameplates, LOGO decorations, etc.
3. Silicone type ink for dispensing
This ink is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, has strong elasticity, is environmentally friendly and odorless, and is suitable for making silicone buttons, silicone protective covers, wristbands, food-grade tableware, silicone masks, etc.
Determine product requirements
We need to first understand the conditions required for product production.
1. Confirm the purpose and usage scenarios of the products to be produced: badges/ornament ink drop glue/hang tags/metal plates/mobile phone cases/key buttons
2. Confirm the appearance size and color of the products: maximum and minimum sizes, how many colors
3. Confirm the type of ink used and the usage conditions for the products
4. Confirm the engineering design and drawing design of the products
5. Design the products and produce corresponding molds
Preparation of Ink materials
Check if the Ink has any phenomena such as sedimentation, clumping, or impurities.
If the Ink is normal, it can be stirred evenly. After using a vacuum device to create a vacuum, control the environmental temperature at 25 ± 3℃, and use a filter to filter the Ink and then load it into the
Ink Dispensing Machine of Weldo using a syringe.
Sample testing
Before the official production, conduct sample testing on 3-5 products.
During the testing process, check the following:
1. Whether the dispensing is consistent with the drawing
2. Whether there are any wire drawing, collapse, bubbles, missed dispensing, or excessive dispensing
3. Whether the dispensing can be smoothly produced continuously for several consecutive products
4. Save the dispensing files after the test is completed
Official production
After the test is passed, carry out mass production based on the saved files. Pay attention to regularly inspecting the first piece and conducting random checks.
Quality inspection
Inspect the cured products to check for any issues such as glue leakage, glue overflow, unclear edge lines, bubbles, or irregular shapes.
Finished product packaging
Ensure that the finished products are completely cooled and the adhesive layer is fully cured; the storage area should be kept dry and well-ventilated to prevent the products from getting damp or aging. Protect the qualified finished products during packaging to prevent any damage during transportation and storage.
We have a customer from Argentina who uses Ink to make metal nameplates. We recommend that he use the visual dispensing machine with the Precision Spray Valve, so that their metal nameplates can achieve a strong color adhesion and flawless detail filling.
The after-sales service has been consistently prompt and helpful.
