Weldo Machinery |Complete technological Process for Liquid Silicone Heat Transfer Labels
Our silicone product-making machines are designed for high-volume, high-precision production of silicone accessories, including labels, mobile phone cases, and wristbands. 


There are two dispensing plans of material application:
Plan A: For single color silicone labels, manual spreading is used.Silicone mixed with dye is distributed over the mold using a scraper, with extra care taken to achieve a smooth surface and avoid air bubbles.
Plan B: For multi color silicone labels,  Weldo 12‑color automatice dispensing machine is used to apply silicone in the light of  the product design. If the product Composed of... several layers, each layer must be baked and cured before applying the next one to prevent color bleeding and mixing.
After filling the mold with liquid silicone, a hot melt adhesive film should be laid flat on the silicone surface and must adhesive side up. During the vacuum vulcanization stage, fiberglass cloth is placed over the mold to protect the adhesive film and keep it from sticking to the press platen.
 
Technological parameters of the vacuum vulcanizing press (Weldo Standard)
Temperature: 120–150 °C
Pressure: 5–20 tons, adjusted according to product size and thickness
Vacuum: 3–8 seconds of vacuum suction to remove air bubbles
Holding & curing time: 30–90 seconds; thicker products require longer holding
Move the mold to the cooling table for rapid cooling 3–10 seconds. Peel off the release paper to obtain a full sheet of silicone labels with an adhesive layer.

Frequently Asked Questions in Silicone Label Manufacturing
1. Color bleeding or mixing in many colors silicone labels
Cause: The second layer is applied before the first layer is fully cured.
Solution: Bake each layer at 80–100 °C temperature to set it before applying the next layer.
 
2. Air bubbles in finished products
 
Cause: Silicone was not degassed, or the vacuum treatment time for raw silicone was insufficient.
Solution: Fully vacuum‑degas the liquid silicone before use to ensure no trapped air remains.
