Primarily designed for the production of jewelry and handicrafts, this Diamond Setting Machine operates by utilizing a WELDO jet valve to precisely dispense AB adhesive onto the surface of the item via non-contact application. A high-precision camera system then accurately identifies and locates the designated stone placement positions, after which a vacuum pickup tool retrieves and places the diamonds into the adhesive.

Additionally, this jewelry stone-setting machine features a built-in inspection function.

During the production process, if the system detects that a rhinestone has been missed or omitted from a product, it will automatically identify the vacant spot and place the missing stone during the subsequent pickup cycle.
